Visit the official Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) website: https://jksasb.nic.in.
Click on “Yatra 2025 Registration”.
Fill in personal details, including Aadhaar number and contact information.
Upload the following documents:
A recent passport-size photograph (JPEG format, max 1MB).
Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) issued after April 15, 2025 (PDF format, max 1MB).
Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID).
Select the preferred route (Pahalgam or Baltal) and date of the yatra.
Pay the registration fee of ₹150 online.
After submission, download and print the Yatra Permit for your records.
Offline Registration:
Offline registration is available at designated bank branches, including:

State Bank of India (SBI)
To register offline:
Visit the nearest authorized bank branch.
Fill out the registration form provided by the bank.
Submit the form along with the required documents:

Complete the registration process through Aadhar-based biometric eKYC authentication.

Group Registration:
Groups of 5 or more members can apply together for registration:
If unable to obtain permits from local bank branches due to quota exhaustion, the group leader can apply by registered post to the Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, providing:
Completed registration forms for all members.
Compulsory Health Certificates for all members.
Registration fees.
Group registration is subject to availability and is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each group is limited to a maximum of 50 registrations per day per route.
Routes to the Shrine
Pilgrims can choose between two routes:
Pahalgam Route: A longer but scenic trek, approximately 47 km.
Baltal Route: A shorter but steeper trek, approximately 14 km.
Health Requirements
A Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) is mandatory for all pilgrims:
The CHC must be issued after April 15, 2025.
It should be obtained from a government-authorized medical institution.
The certificate confirms the pilgrim’s fitness to undertake the high-altitude trek.
